How does it work?
A local driver or guide will pick you up from your hotel at the agreed time and take you safely to your hotel in another city, or bring you back, saving you from searching for buses or trains. Our driver will help you with your Luggage, carefully putting it in the car. You can even add extra stops in castles or small towns that you won't be able to see otherwise!
What is the difference between individual and group tours?
Individual tours always start from the hotel. They are held only for Your group, which is given more attention. You do not wait for other tourists, who are late. Save your own time. Timely and useful information provided to you saves your money.
Will our driver (guide) speak English?
All our drivers (guides) speak English and other foreign languages. They will be able to answer your questions and overcome the language barrier during the trip.
What type of vehicle will be used?
We offer two different types of vehicles, depending on the number of passengers in Your individual group. Sedan (class Volkswagen Passat, Ford Mondeo) for groups of up to 3 passengers, and minibus (class Volkswagen Transporter) for 7 people. The exact cost of the trip you can see on the booking page. We guarantee the serviceability and cleanliness of the vehicle.
What is the amount of Luggage?
Each passenger may have one large piece of baggage (29 x 21 x 11 cm) and one carry-on baggage (22 x 14 x 9 cm) per person. If the amount of baggage exceeds this limit, please inform us in advance and we will offer you options.
Can I book a trip now and add a stop later?
You can make any changes to your route up to 24 hours before the start of the trip (in this case, the cost does not change). If you change the route less than 24 hours before departure, we will do everything possible to carry out this trip (for an additional fee).
Will the driver call me to confirm the meeting?
By choosing a route and discussing the details of the trip with the Topaguide Manager, you will be timely, 2-3 days before the trip, sent a confirmation to Your mobile phone or e-mail with the name of the driver or guide, the exact time of the meeting and contact phone number.
What is included in the price of the trip? Are there any additional fees?
The cost of the trip includes the services of a driver with a car, and if you choose an excursion, then the services of a guide also included. Entrance tickets to museums and castles are paid by you additionally.
Where will the driver pick us up?
The driver will meet you at the reception of Your hotel or at another address specified By you (apartment, railway station, airport). Topaguide provides door-to-door services!
I couldn’t find my destination on your website. Can I count on Your help in organizing my trip?
If Your desired route is not listed on our website, please send us an email to - We will do our best to satisfy your order, and maybe add it in the future as a usual route!
Is it safe to travel with Topaguide?
We always check the documents of our drivers and guides for the presence of "police clearance Certificate" and records from the road register for fines, as well as personal conduct an interview with them. All vehicles undergo technical inspection in accordance with the current legislation (car park is not older than 10 years). All drivers have extensive driving experience and route knowledge. We believe that these conditions provide a safe and comfortable journey for you.
How do I book and pay?

You can pay for the trip in advance through the credit card.
What is Your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, just call or email us. We understand that travel plans are subject to change and we currently do not charge a cancellation fee made 24 hours prior to departure.
Are tips included/expected?
If you are very satisfied with the service, you can reward your driver or guide with an additional tip (10% is enough).
Can we book a non-smoking car?
We strive to make your trip as comfortable as possible, and the air you breathe in the car is an important part of the trip. All drivers are required to keep the vehicles free of odors. This means that there is no smell of smoke from cigarettes, no dust, and no air fresheners. Smoking in the car is strictly prohibited.
Will, my tour take place?
The tour may not take place on the appointed day only because of the closure of certain objects desired to visit (in the off-season). We recommend that you check the schedule of these facilities in advance or contact our customer service Department.
